This website is owned and controlled by THE UNIFORM CAFÉ. THE UNIFORM CAFÉ is committed to protecting your privacy. We will never sell or make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. Your personal details will be used for order processing, billing, and delivery.

We may collect certain information from your visit to our site for trends and performance analysis and administration purposes in order to maintain and improve our site and product offering. This may include information such as the IP address which is used to access the Internet, the date and time and pages which were accessed as well as the URL through which you accessed our site.

We reserve the right to change our policy as the need arises to address new issues. The changes will reflect on our site.

 

EMAIL NEWSLETTER

If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, we may use your email address to send you information about our products or services. You can opt out of these at any point and you can ask for personal data to stop being recorded at any time.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Your order will be sent to the address provided by you. The address will be confirmed in the Order Confirmation.

We try our best to ensure that all prices on our site are correct, however, discrepancies may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items already ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the correct price. You will have the option to cancel the order. Your order will be considered canceled if we are unable to contact you. If we cancel your order, we will offer a full refund.

It is imperative that you check the sizing guide and measure yourself in cm when ordering clothing to ensure an accurate fit. Our clothing is sourced from both local and international suppliers and sizes, therefore, vary from each. If you are unsure about how to measure, please contact us and we will gladly assist. Unfortunately, there may be times when we are unable to exchange clothing due to the incorrect size being ordered.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We try our best to have stock of all the products on our site, but our product lead time is dependent on stock availability from suppliers & customs control. Orders of available stock will be dispatched within 5-7 working days. If items on your order are not in stock and immediately available, we will advise you of the waiting period.

 

PAYMENT

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We make use of Payfast for easy, safe and secure transfer of money. Payfast will validate and authorise all credit and payment cards holders. If your card is not authorised, your order will not be accepted and THE UNIFORM CAFÉ will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Order processing will only start once a confirmed order with payment has been received.

 

SHIPPING

We send orders throughout South Africa. All our parcels are being sent per courier at an extra cost of R120,00 nationwide. Orders over R700 will be delivered for FREE. We cannot deliver to a PO Box, so please provide a physical address within South Africa. You are welcome to collect your order from the school by prior arrangement. Please stipulate your collection/delivery address upon check-out.

 

RETURN POLICY

We aim to please our customers and want them to be happy with their purchase. However, please be aware that colours and sizes may not look exactly as they do on your screen. No returns will be accepted on the basis that items that ‘don’t look like they do on the website’. Please contact us if you need further clarification on any of our products and we will gladly assist.

Report any damages or shortages to us within five days of receiving your order. No returns will be accepted for any reason other than damages. To obtain a full refund you must:

  1. Return items undamaged in the same new condition and original packaging in which they were dispatched.
  2. Ensure that the items are delivered back to us within 5 working days. We will arrange for collection if goods were received as damaged by the courier. Any exchanges need to take place within five days of delivery of the order.
